To achieve that, we develop the BBTs assessment tool to match the most suitable Bio-Based Technologies (BBTs) to specific regions, considering technical, environmental, economic, and social factors. The tool will promote sustainable innovation by aligning technology with the regionally identified needs of farmers and foresters. Serving as a benchmark for future assessments, it will help provide compelling, data-driven options for sustainable practices.
