Innovative fermentation technology for rapeseed meal as pig feed

The use of fermented rapeseed meal in animal feed can increase nutritional efficiency compared to soy protein-based feeds. Fermentation allows the protein potential of the meal to be exploited and enriches the feed with short-chain fatty acids, vitamins, and various biologically active compounds. Fermented meal is more readily eaten by pigs and stimulates the pig\'s digestive tract environment to develop beneficial intestinal microflora (Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterum bacteria). Fermentation improves the health safety of feed, eliminates bacteriocins, H2O2, harmful bacteria, and breaks down bitter, anti-nutritional, and toxic substances.
