soil research in chemical and physical terms as well as irrigation needs; analysis of agro-climatic conditions; analysis of the environmental impact of the undertaking for production on the farm; analysis of the environmental impact of a project for processing (greenhouse gas emissions, drying technology, comparison of the emission of traditional drying technology with technology using pellets)

Objective

The aim of the operation is to develop and implement a comprehensive new model of cultivation, harvesting, farm management and production using a new system and processing model, as a result of which two final new products will be created, which will be introduced to the market through an improved marketing method.

(1) new products: dried fruit tea and spices that will be sold by ECO-FARM Sosnówka Sp. z o.o.; (2) two new agrivultural practices agrotechnic growing in polyculture with black lilac and fruity rose (wrinkled and wild), wild-growing plants, which are endangered and / or protected species: spotted honeysuckle, cloudberry and forest speedwell, and agroculture of monoculture for wild growing plants: nettle and turnip rape.
