Development of beef cattle fattening technology \"Smart Feeding\" using a smart system for automatic monitoring of individual feeding efficiency of beef cattle \"Smart Through\" to minimize the carbon footprint of beef production

Description

beef cattle fattening technology \"Smart Feeding\" to minimize the carbon footprint of beef production

Sector

A1.4Animal production

Needs/ Problem statement

The main objective of the operation is to minimize the negative impact of beef production on the environment by developing feeding technologies and comparing the size of the carbon footprint of fattening heifers, bullocks and bullocks using an automatic cattle feeding monitoring system.

Objective

The operation will involve the introduction of modern techniques related to minimizing the negative impact of beef production on the environment by developing feeding technologies and comparing the size of the carbon footprint of fattening heifers, bullocks and bullocks using an automatic cattle feeding monitoring system. ln the case of beef cattle, the reduction of GHG emissions in the present project will be realized mainly through the improvement of feeding efficiency, feed preparation method (implementation of modern solutions for feed preparation and feeding) and production indicators.
